how do I track my order?
▪️Moon Haus Studio uses NextSmartShip (NSS) to fulfil and ship orders of the decks. They are a highly reputable shipping company located in Shenzhen. When your order is completed you’ll be notified by email, which is where you’ll find your tracking number and the link to the tracking site.

It says my item is delivered but it’s not here. What do I do?
In these instances the parcel shows up 99.9% of the time. The advice that Etsy and postal services both offer is as follows:
▪️To look around your entire delivery space thoroughly.
▪️Speak to any neighbours who may of accidentally received it
▪️Ask any loved ones if they saw the parcel before you could and have held it for safekeeping
▪️If you have a Ring doorbell or security cameras have a look over the day of delivery to see what may of happened.
▪️If your delivery person is a regular, please make all attempts to speak to them and see what happened.
▪️Contact your local post office for any information on the parcel
▪️Lodge an enquiry form with your postal service.

what does it mean when i see that The Wandering Moon Tarot is being retired?
yup, you’ve probably seen that around. especially if you follow along on instagram. when a deck is classed as ‘retired’ it means that it will no longer be printed.
the reason i have decided (with much sadness) to retire my very first deck is due to illegally printed, inferior copies of the deck being sold online. my artwork, designs, even my signature, have been copied & bootleg versions sell for $5 on mega-corp sites. people, both knowingly & unknowingly, are buying them & i can’t compete.
currently, there are 100+ decks still remaining. once they are gone, i will not be reprinting it.
it is only through awareness & education that intellectual property theft can be stopped. until then, there are no answers on how to fix this.
kindness policy
Moon Haus Studio is just one person. Me. When you send the store a message I am the one who receives it, not a chatbot or an AI program.
Using unkind, threatening, demanding, confrontational, and bullying language is not something that should be accepted by anyone. I will always treat you with respect and kindness. All I do is ask for the same in return.
A kind, respectful tone can create a positive environment that’s helpful when trying to reach a resolution. You can help me in assisting you more quickly & with higher than expected outcomes by having an attitude that makes it a breeze for me to assist you.
We all have difficult & frustrating moments, but just like you, I am also trying my best.
why does it say ‘no tracking’?
etsy partners with a handful of well known shipping providers. if a seller uses one of these, tracking details will be seen in the order. if you use one of the many other shipping company’s that etsy doesn’t partner with, you’ll see ‘no tracking’ on your order.
however, tracking is provided for every single physical order sent. the tracking number and the link to use is sent within your order confirmation. these details can be found in your etsy purchases list
please use this information to track your order as updates & notifications will not be provided automatically.
do you have your own website?
yes i do! moonhaus.studio is what you type into your browser to be taken to my own site. it is pretty much a duplicate of my Etsy store in terms of products & pricing, however it does have extras such as a blog, more photos of the decks and cards, plus there is the option of Afterpay at the checkout.
my website has the ability to have all photos and images pinned to Pinterest, plus there is a collection of super useful freebie downloads. you can also sign up to my e-letter where you’ll be sent free downloads, subscriber-only discounts, first look (and dibs!) on new decks, & much more.
